Jamie heads up the Transformational Leadership Practice. Jamie offers our clients a number of innovative approaches to augmenting leadership effectiveness and commercial impact, both at an individual and systemic organisational level.

He was previously the founder of Thoroughbred Associates, a boutique consultancy. His unique approach combined cutting-edge data analytics and AI solutions with a carefully curated global network of associates. These associates were experts in various disciplines of leadership, cultural diagnostics, and development practices. This innovative methodology delivered real breakthroughs in transformation outcomes for notable organisations such as Unilever, Novartis, RELX, and the European Commission.

His career has taken him on a journey from a management consultant for Deloitte, to the Global Head of Analytics and deputy-CFO (Asia Pacific) for HSBC and more recently as an entrepreneur and corporate advisor. He read Philosophy at Durham and also enjoys spending time as a mentor and coach to start-up founders.
